TOLS B.V. (“Tols.fun”, “we”, “us”) operates Tols.fun. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. Using the Website means you have read this policy together with the Terms of Service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email, display name, date of birth, hashed password.
- Wallet and ledger data: balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, game outcomes.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, approximate location, session logs.
- KYC data, when requested: identity documents and source-of-funds information.
- Communications with support@tols.fun, retained for six years.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate your Tols.fun Account, process bets and cashier requests, detect fraud and underage play, meet AML and licensing duties, and improve the Services. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases
Processing is based on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in securing the platform, and legal obligations under Curaçao law and applicable AML rules.
4. Sharing
We may share data with payment processors, KYC vendors, hosting providers, and competent authorities when required by law or our licence. Transfers outside Curaçao are protected by contractual safeguards.
5. Retention
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as the account is open and for a minimum of five years after closure, or longer if a dispute or investigation is open.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to our legal retention duties. Email support@tols.fun. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure the cashier. Optional analytics cookies can be switched off from Customise in the footer.
